Information Tapject handles

The app stores the information you create: project and subtask names, colors and positions, timer sessions, manually entered time, completion status, and reminder or deadline settings. This information is needed to provide the time-tracking features you request.

Storage and iCloud

Tapject stores a local copy of your workspace on your device. If iCloud is available, the app mirrors that workspace to Apple CloudKit in the private database associated with your Apple Account. This allows your information to be restored and synchronized between your devices. Apple processes iCloud data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Notifications and Live Activities

Tapject can schedule local reminders for deadlines and inactivity. Active timers may appear on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island through Apple Live Activities. Notification permission is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings.

Data collection and tracking

Tapject does not operate an advertising profile, use tracking identifiers, or transmit your workspace to the developer for analytics. The app currently has no third-party analytics, advertising, or crash reporting SDK.

When you contact support

If you email Tapject support, the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or diagnostic description, is used only to answer your request and improve the app. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed to investigate the issue.

Deleting your information

Deleting Tapject removes its local data from that device. A synchronized copy may remain in your iCloud storage so it can be restored. You can manage app data from your Apple Account and iCloud settings. Contact support if you need help identifying the relevant controls.

Children

Tapject is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
